Just to elaborate on my last posting about the Manchester film, I have just been offered a part in a new experimental feature film called the Dinner Party. It now has a website and Facebook page, check it out and give it some support, sounds like it could be a good one! :)

Well it goes quiet for a while and then a couple things come in! Recently done a days background on the TV series Spooks and Doctors.

Just accepted a part in a new film called "The Dinner Party" which is to be filmed in Manchester second week of September. Sounds like a real adventure with no true script but being given a character breakdown a small amount of background of the scene and the rest is up to what happens and just stay in character eek! :) I think it's going to be a great production with several top indie bands offering music for it as well. I will post further info as it comes in but I won't give much story background as it needs to stay a secret until we have filmed it.
Also for next year have been offered a role in a musical film called "The Spirit of Albion" which has just been performed as a play with a youth theatre company. The roles in the film will be played by adult actors and I have been offered the role of the Morrigan and Sean as Herne. Exciting stuff but a while off for now! :)
Also there is the hope of playing the lead role in a new musical which I am helping to research, will post further info on this later down the line but thought I would give you a heads up!
I will also be appearing at a couple of Jousts in the next couple of months, Aug 7/8th at Avoncroft Museum and September 11/12th at the Battle of Edgcote, Oxfordshire.

Just a quick note to say the ABC Animal Sanctuary Open weekend went brilliantly and the weather was very hot! They have posted a report on their website with lots of piccies. Here is the link ABC Animal Sanctuary Open Weekend Report
I would like to add that Lorraine Chase was so lovely and complimentary and couldn't have been nicer. She really went out of her way to make time for everyone. Alexandra was lovely as ever and looked lovely and really rallied around to make sure the event went well. The animals were well behaved and loved all the attention they got. The good news is they will be having a TV series made about the charity which will be filmed over the next year with the finale being filmed at the Open Weekend so we may get seen on it if we are free to attend next years event.GRIN

Just a quick note to say Sean and I will be attending an amazing charity event this coming weekend and if your in the area and want a brilliant day out then please try and come along and support this worthy charity.
Alexandra Bastedos Champions Animal Sanctuary Open Weekend, there are lots of things happening with a few famous faces popping down including Alexandra and showing their support. The event also coincides with the village fair so there will be a great atmosphere and the weather looks like its going to be great too, plus there is a Pimms tent!!
Check out the website and try to come along, we will be dressed as Xena and Jack Sparrow and helping them raise some much needed funds, also come and see all the animals! :)

Well just finished a week filming on Harry Potter which was lots of fun. I was playing a typist in the Ministry of Magic and had my own wand which was very cool. I can't really say anymore about it and not even sure if I will be seen but it was a great experience and I look forward to see the film when it's released.
I went to see the new Robin Hood film the other night and I have to admit I was disappointed! Apart from my scenes either being cut or edited to next to nothing I found the film had no real direction, the strongest character was Marion with Robin Hood difficult to connect with and the Merry Men whith no depth or background. I just hope my scene is an extra on the dvd when it's released :(
Just watched the student film I was in the other night, Shakespeare's Curse. A nice little film and if it ends up on YouTube I will post a link.
I along with the UK Garrison will be at the Space Centre in Leicester this coming weekend for the 30th Anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back. So if your at a loose end this weekend come along!
