Did my day on the new Bond film, a little disappointing it wasn't more exciting, we were filming a funeral scene sat out in the freezing cold all morning. Still I appreciate being involved in it and hope I get another chance to do something else on it.

The new full trailer has now gone live for The Spirit of Albion movie, here is the link if you haven't seen it yet.

We are all very excited about it, looking forward to May when it gets released.

Hoping to be going over to the US to the last Xena Convention at the end of January, will update you about that when things are confirmed.

There is the release of Spirit of Albion to look forward to in May and a couple of other small short films to do early next year. The day on the Bond film was postponed and is now happening early Jan, again I will let you know how it went.
Been having fun playing Elizabeth Swann in some pirate stunt shows recently and at the Space Centre in Leicester for the Movie Mania weekend with the UKG.
The Christmas Fayre for the ABC Animal Sanctuary went well with Sean and I attending to help support the event, with Santa dropping in too! :)

I have been filming on the new Hollywood film Snow White and the Huntsman for the last week or so as a noble woman and Fenland Archer, the hours have been long and cold but fun. Also I attended Film and TV Memorabilia Fair at the NEC Birmingham which was fun as ever, even though I was fighting a chest infection which I still have at the moment.

Performed as Catwoman at a Batman stunt show in London on the Friday before Mem for a corporate function. I must say I do love playing Catwoman, brilliant character! In the show I have a fight with a Gotham cop and Batman. It's a new show for the stunt team so we hope it will take off and see us performing more Batman shows in the new year.


Attended a stage production at the Chichester Theatre of Charles Dickins Dr Marigold and Mr Chops with Simon Callow. We were invited along by our friend Alexandra Bastedo and we had the chance to and chat with him afterwards, what a professional! :)

I have a days filming on the new Bond film next week which I am looking forward to so fingers crossed the tide has turned and things are looking up now.

Will also pop along to the Movie Mania weekend at the NSC in Leicester on the 4th Dec after attending the ABC Animal Sanctuary Christmas on the 3rd in West Chiltington.

It was great having a chat with her about working with Lucy Lawless on the set. She also asked me to forward her a photo of me as Xena, fingers crossed she will pass it onto Lucy! :)
I attended an audition the other week and have landed myself a new acting agent so fingers crossed this will bring in some good job opportunities.
The Spirit of Albion film is well on its way of being edited together and the first piece of merchandise is how online to order which is the 2012 calander. The wrap party is on the 23rd Oct which I am looking forward to and I have a couple of hours filming left to do on the film, just trying to confirm the date.
I have a few filming projects coming up including some dates on the new Hollywood film Snow White and the Huntsman. Very much looking forward to start on this now.

Will keep you updated as and when and of course I will be at the Film and TV Memorabilia fair at the NEC next month 19/20th Nov.

The guests in attendance were Ricco Ross - Pvt Frost, Daniel Kash - Pvt Spunkmeyer, Cynthia Scott - Pvt Dietrich, Trever Steedman - Pvt. Wierzbowski and Colette Hiller - Corporal Ferro

I was stuck in the Alien Encounter for most of the weekend and missed some of the weekend's activities but managed to chat with Rico and Daniel for a while about acting which was really cool. Another top chap is Terry English, a well known artist/armourer who has made armour for loads of films such as Excalibur, Clash of the Titans and Arnies Mr Freeze costume from Batman & Robin. Terry made and designed the marine armour for the film and had an amazing display of amour at the event.
There was a very interesting Prometheus the movie panel discussing the new exciting film of next year as well as the Aliens FX panel discussing how the effects were done.

The Alien Encounter was a sell out over the weekend which was impressive, but the most impressive thing was the sight of the most number of aliens in one place since the film! In the line up I am the top left Alien. We all did a sterling job working the whole weekend.

Harry Harris brought his amazing collection of original props and costumes from the movie which as ever was most impressive.

Another exclusive for the weekend was the preview showing of the fan film I was involved with, "Alien Epilogue" and along side this was the showing of Alien Encounters documentary.
The UKCM were there in force with Marines and aliens in abundance with some UKG helping out too. The Replica Prop Boards were also there with demonstrations of their prop making skills which were creating a lot of interest with the public.

All in all it was a fantastic event and really worth all the effort that everyone put in, well done to all, I will post what the event made for charity as soon as I hear.

The song is on You Tube but not with the video yet so you can listen to the song in the meantime if you wish. I play the lead boys mother and you will see me having an argument with my husband and having a go at my son! GRIN They had to 'mums' me up as they said I looked to young (yay) so I would like to say now the clothes weren't mine! I will keep an eye out and let you know when they release the song and video.
I have been for a costume fit for the big new Hollywood film Snow White and the Huntsman, I will be playing a noble woman but filming had been pushed back to the end of November so a bit of a wait to filming.
Did a cool Bond show as the villainess up in Scotland a couple of weeks ago and met Joe McKeldry from X Factor who was performing at the event.
Filming on Spirit of Albion went really well, the report is posted below this posting.
The next big event I will be attending will be the 25th Anniversary weekend of Aliens at the Space Centre in Leicester. I will be Xenoing it not Xenaing it! Here in the link for the event, it promises to be an amazing weekend with several actors from the film appearing Aliens Anniversary Weekend Event An absolute must for Alien fans!
I will also be appearing at a small but great convention next month in Birmingham which again is a must for Xena fans and fans of The Real L World with Hudson Leick (Callisto) and Romi Klinger headlining and I will also be appearing on stage too so please check it out and get those limited tickets only 130 available so don't delay get them before there gone! The first weekend of September saw the big final shoot of Albion which completes principal photography.
An exhausting shoot in the middle of some private woods saw us arrive at 8pm start filming from 10pm and wrapped about 8.30am, home for an hours sleep then up again and on set from 12.30ish till 5pm. Knackering doesn't cover it but because it was such a busy schedule it helped keep us going. The gods appeared first in their human forms with their human wards and then transform into their god forms which will be the viewers first time in seeing the gods in their "god" forms.
The night shoot saw all the woodland glade scenes with the films principle characters and gods all together on set and the Sunday was the filming of my characters big number "Morrighan". This saw lots of extras dressed in uniforms and costumes of all periods showing the loss of life through warfare through the ages. It looked amazing and I really enjoyed filming it, everyone looked amazing and it promises to be an stunning scene.
There will be some pick up shots and a few bits and pieces to be done and the films release date has been announced as the 1st May 2012. There is a new Albion Diary on line form the last couple of shoots but I wasn't involved in those, the next diary will be from the big weekend and I will post a link on here when its online.
